Choose your own pathway. Start from the beginning, progress through our professional training pathway, or join us for standalone specialist courses, CPD workshops and masterclasses where entry requirements are met.
You do not have to work through every level. Every course is IPHM accredited, taught in groups of no more than four, and includes ongoing tutor support after you qualify.

Professional Massage Training Pathway
For those beginning their journeyA structured learning route for those starting out in massage and bodywork. Level 1 through to Level 3, taken in order. The Accredited Certificate in Anatomy & Physiology is included within the Swedish, Holistic and Advanced diplomas, and can also be taken on its own.

Introduction to Body Massage
A calm, beginner-friendly first step. Basic technique, safe therapeutic touch, treatment set-up and the foundations of a full-body relaxation massage.
Accredited Practitioner Diploma
Swedish Massage
Classical Swedish technique built into a safe, effective and flowing full-body treatment, with anatomy and physiology included.
Accredited Practitioner Diploma
Holistic Massage
A client-led, whole-person approach to full-body massage, working with the nervous system as well as the muscles.
Advanced Practitioner Diploma
Advanced Body Massage
Our most comprehensive programme. Five weeks with one full training day a week, so you have time to practise and consolidate between sessions.
Accredited Certificate
Anatomy & Physiology
Eleven modules of online study covering the body systems relevant to massage. Included within the Swedish, Holistic and Advanced diplomas.
Specialise
Specialist Practitioner Training
No need to complete Levels 1 to 3 firstStandalone specialist courses for suitably qualified practitioners who meet the relevant entry requirements. If you are already an experienced therapist looking specifically for Manual Lymphatic Drainage or another specialism, you can join us directly.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Understand the lymphatic system and deliver structured MLD safely and professionally. Optional anatomy and physiology certificate.
Accredited Practitioner Diploma
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage together with body contouring and sculpting technique, taught as one qualification.
Advanced Practitioner Diploma
Head, Face & Neck Therapy
Indian head massage, facial and scalp lymphatic work, acupressure and neck, shoulder and upper back massage in one treatment.
Develop
Workshops & Masterclasses
For qualified practitionersStandalone professional development for qualified practitioners who want to expand, refresh or deepen their knowledge and skills. Shorter courses, workshops and masterclasses, sitting outside the Level 1 to 3 pathway.
