Introduction to Body Massage
One day, no experience needed. Safe therapeutic touch, basic technique and the foundations of a full-body relaxation massage.
Accredited Practitioner Diploma
Swedish Massage
Classical Swedish technique built into a safe, effective and flowing full-body treatment, with anatomy and physiology included.
Advanced Practitioner Diploma
Advanced Body Massage
Our most comprehensive programme. Five weeks with one full training day a week, so you have time to practise between sessions.
Specialist training
Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Post-Surgery MLD
Take your practice further with specialist training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, including advanced approaches to post-surgery recovery and care.
Develop your understanding of the lymphatic system, practical MLD techniques and safe, informed practice through hands-on, small-group training designed for qualified practitioners looking to expand their skills and specialise.

Our approach
The Pathways Method™
Technique is the easy part. Our method combines anatomy, physiology, fascia and the nervous system with the skills that make a treatment feel safe.
Consent, communication, boundaries and client comfort are taught on every course as core practitioner skills, not as an optional extra. You learn to adapt a treatment to the person in front of you rather than deliver the same routine to everyone.

Understand the body
Anatomy and physiology taught as working knowledge you use in the treatment room, not facts to memorise for an exam.

Learn the technique
Hands-on training in groups of four, so your pressure, positioning and body mechanics are corrected while you learn them.

Consent, communication and client comfort, so every treatment is emotionally safe as well as technically sound.

Accreditation
Pathways Training Academy is a registered accredited training provider with IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Completion may enable you to obtain practitioner insurance, subject to your insurer's requirements.
