We offer accredited and CPD training across massage, holistic therapies and specialist areas of practice. Whether you are beginning your journey or building on existing qualifications, our courses are designed to support your development and progression.
Training can be undertaken as part of a progressive learning pathway or, where entry requirements are met, as standalone specialist training, allowing you to develop specific skills and deepen your knowledge in the areas most relevant to your practice.

The Pathways Method™
Our signature method underpins our teaching, combining technical excellence with an understanding of anatomy, physiology, fascia, the nervous system and the importance of creating emotionally safe, client-centred treatment experiences.
Understand the body
Anatomy, physiology, fascia and the nervous system, taught as working knowledge you use in the treatment room rather than facts to memorise for an exam.
Learn the technique
Hands-on practical training in small groups, so your pressure, positioning and sequencing are corrected while you are learning them, not afterwards.
Hold the space
Consent, communication, boundaries and client comfort, so every treatment you deliver is emotionally safe as well as technically sound.

Assessment, feedback and ongoing tutor support, so you leave able to work safely and independently within your scope of practice.
